#OOTD Work Christmas Dinnner

Hi lovelies. Just thought I would do a quick post of my outfit I wore yesterday to my work Christmas dinner. We went for drinks and to a bar/club after. Not the best of pics as they was taken on my phone as you can see. I decided I wanted to wear something sexy but casual and wanted to be as  warm as possible because it is so cold outside! usually I would have opted for a dress but I really wasn't into the mood  to  put myself through this 'wonderful' British weather we are currently having. I opted for all black. With gold accessories. I wore a deep plunge top from ASOS and also some black ripped high waist jeans which I absolutely love! I'm thinking of getting them in white. They fit me like a glove and they are so comfortable. The perfume bag I got as a gift complimented my outfit and gave it that WOW factor. I got so many compliments. I wore black sandal heels from River island. For our dinner we went to Brasserie B in Botley, Oxford. Indian is one my favourite food's and I can say I was very impressed. The food was top quality.

Outfit Details:
Earrings: Gift
Choker: Cut-Out Bar Glitter Choker
Bag: Gift
Top: ASOS Crop Top with Long Sleeves and Deep Plunge
Jeans: ASOS Ridley Jeans in Black with Thigh Rip and Busted Knees

The Wonderlust Tag

Photo Taken By Me At Buccament Bay Resort, St. Vincent And The Grenadines 3 months ago.

I know Christmas is just around the corner but just fancied a little break from all the festive talk and do a tag :)

Where was your first plane to?
My first plane trip was when I moved to England from the Caribbean with my dad. I was young about 2 years old so hardly have any memory of it. But my first time on a plane that I can actually remember was to America. My mum took me and my brothers to Disney land in Florida.

Where have you travelled to that you would love to visit again?
Defiantly Miami and Barbados... both places I stayed for a short period of time and i absolutely loved was so upset to leave so soon.

You're leaving tomorrow, money is no object, where are you going?
Would defiantly go on a luxury worldwide trip. Stay in the best hotels, travel and party in the best spots. From LA to Japan.

Preferred method of travel; planes, trains or car?
Planes... I'm not a fan of the whole travelling scenario but always love the destination when I arrive. Wish they would hurry up and invent an accessible teleport machine!

Favourite travel website?
mrandmrssmith.com easy to use website, Beautiful, stylish and romantic getaways and great rates.

Where would you travel to just eat food?
India! All the fresh spices and herbs will just be heaven to me and all the peshwari naan I want :D

Can you recite your passport number from memory if I asked?
Nope. I'm rubbish with remembering numbers. I don't even know my  own mobile number let alone my passport number.

Do you prefer the windows, Aisle or middle seat?
I do prefer a window seat but then again it is tricky when you have to get up to go to the bathroom. But I will defiantly compromise that for the view.

How do you pass the time on the airplane?
Films, music, lots of  wine/champagne and sleep.

Thanks for reading! Feel free to do this tag on your own blog if you have one would love to read your stories :)

Flawless Natural Makeup Everyday Look | Autumn/Winter 2014

Highlighters and taupe eye shadows dominated the runway in the autumn/winter 2014 fashion shows. With careful shading, contouring and illuminating used to pinpoint the face's natural light and shade for a flawless natural look.

Step by step guide to achieve this look.

  1. Tidy your brows. Get rid of any stray hairs. I used a eyebrow razor you can use a pair of tweezers if you prefer.
  2. For a natural looking complexion I used Mac Prep + Prime Skin. I gently blended it into my skin with my fingertips.
  3. I then used Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in shade NW45. I applied this onto my face using a foundation brush from the real techniques core brush set.
  4. To achieve my brow look I used Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil in Black/Brown.
  5. To even out my skin tone in the eye area I used Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in Ivory. I applied it underneath my eyes, three small strokes on my forehead, one stroke on down the middle of my nose, a small line between my nose and upper lip, then a few strokes on my chin. I then blended with a beauty sponge. I also added a bit of concealer beneath and on top of my brows to make them pop.
  6. I then applied some Ben Nye Powder in Banana onto a beauty sponge to help set the areas I previously added concealer.
  7. To set my foundation base I used a small bit of Mac Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation in shade NC45 using a powder brush.
  8. To contour and highlight I used Sleek Face Contour Kit in Medium.
  9. For My eye shadow I used Mac Keepsakes/Smoky  Eye Palette. I used shade Fancy dress as a eyelid base, then I added Forgery to the inner eyelid followed by Carbon on the outer and smudged this to the bottom eyelid using a small eye brush for a smoky look. I didn't add too much as didn't want it to look extremely smoky. I then added some Kid for a pearly look.
  10. I like my cat eye flicks for my eyeliner I used Barry M's liquid black eyeliner. It's really easy to use, goes on well, the colour is good (not too watery) and one bottle lasts me ages.
  11. For mascara I used Bourjois Volume 1 Seconde Mascara in black waterproof. I love the brush on this. Its perfect for an instant eye opening look.
  12. For my lips I used a chestnut colour lip liner. Followed by Mac Honey Love Lipstick. This is a beautiful natural nude colour especially on darker skin stones.
  13. For blush I used the Medium shade blush mixed with the highlighter from my Sleek contour face kit.
